I was getting homesick for a certain little girl in Montana and decided it was time to go for a drive. I talked Taylor into riding along and we left on Friday after school and arrived in Townsend by dinnertime. Daren and Marlene had dinner waiting after I got some lovin’ from our sweet little Emma.
She is growing so big and crawling all over the place. She is so sweet and loves to play. It was so fun to watch her daddy read stories to her and play peek-a-boo. I just wish she was a little closer.
We were able to go to breakfast with Marlene’s family and then just enjoyed the day watching movies, learning to crochet, and visiting. I was able to make Emma a little minion hat.
I’m not as young as I once was. The girls kept me up until 1:00 the first night. I l oved rocking little Em to sleep (or almost asleep) at night. It was a perfect weekend.
Maya has become quite the performer. She love miniature marshmallows and will say and do almost anything to get one. She is quite a little character and keeps us smiling and laughing with her cute antics.
Maya is “papa’s” little helper. She follows him all around and loves to climb into his lap and play. She also likes to pet Sky when she will sit still.
