Scott is doing really well in Florida. We love getting his emails every Monday and hearing of his adventures. Last week he sent some pictures as well. I sure do love and miss this boy.

Maya continues to grow and grow. Her little smiles just warm our hearts. It is hard to believe what we ever did without her. We love having her so close and getting to watch her grow and change. She is our little princess.
Grandchildren are the best.

Doug has been busy building at the farm this fall. With the help of Blaine Simmons, he has constructed a 48x75 foot shed to house the equipment. He started at the beginning of the summer by toppling the old shed and cleaning up the area. Scott was a big help with that project and I even got in on the clean up. Reed and Rod spent a couple days helping out as well. What would we do without our boys?
Earlier this summer Doug and Scott finished the entry gate. I haven’t ever shown the final results.
Reed is now officially a member of the IFFD. He completed his 4 week training period and was sworn in as a firefighter on Friday. Doug and I attended the ceremony for the three new firemen. I was privileged to pin on his badge. We are very proud of him.
