Wow! Time really does fly. Maya turned two years old today. We love this little girl so much. She is a bundle of energy and curiosity. She keeps things hoppin’ and us smiling.
Grandma and Grandpa also got a wonderful gift today. We learned that she is going to get a baby brother or sister in March. We couldn’t be happier!!!
So glad that we could some of the family together for the Schwieder Olympics at Pine Basin Lodge this year. Mom and Dad are growing older but they enjoy gathering with the family and kids and spending time together.
Janet and her family put together a fun time with lots of good food and games and activities for all ages. We missed Paul and Alesia who are serving a mission in Rancho Cucamonga. David and Gwen will be leaving for an eighteen month mission in Taiwan the fourth of August. Of course many of the Grandkids are scattered but it was fun with those who could attend.
Everyone had a fun time playing together. Maya even found a rain puddle to sit in and thought everything was wonderful.
We have been wanting to buy a Rzr for sometime and finally found enough money to make the dream come true. This is my birthday present for the next 20 years. We are really enjoying the rides together and being able to visit. There are so many beautiful places to see. We love the evening rides at the farm and seeing the wildlife and flowers.
We braved another Memorial Day Weekend in Island Park. Some years we have experiences rain and even snow. The one saving thing is having electricity at Buffalo Campground. At least we can watch movies and run heaters. However, this year the weather cooperated. We were able to ride our bikes and spend some time around the fire. Rod and Steph came for a few nights and then Reed and Christina came for the last night. We wish that Daren and Marlene could have been there as well. I love spending time with the kids. 
Reed and Christina were married for time and all eternity in the St. George Temple. It was a beautiful, sunny day and it was even nicer inside with family and friends gathered for the occasion. It was great to have all four grandparents in attendance. We were sad that Daren, Marlene, and Emma couldn’t make it because of work and of course Scott was on his mission.
We are so happy to welcome Christina to the family.

I attended the firemen’s Easter egg with Steph and Maya again this year. It was a blast! Maya still wasn’t too sure about what to do and liked watching the other kids more than gathering eggs. She really liked the Easter Bunny this year and gave him a big hug.
Emma had a great Easter in Montana as well. Wish she was closer but grateful for pictures.
